Chic Fille is JoieFarm proprietor and winemaker, Heidi Noble’s side label; the term translates to pretty girl or cool girl.
This one (there is a small series under this label) is made entirely of Pinot Blanc and also in a natural method. Chic Fille is the result of practices she's been playing with for a decade: native yeast fermentations, lees contact and semi-carbonic fermentations, for example.
It has an earthy character, is leesy with notes of orange pekoe tea, which is echoed on the palate. Fresh, salty and textural in the mouth, it will certainly spark conversation.
